Chartered Accountant Paul Stacey is the Director of IQ Business Consulting, an independent accountancy and consulting practice specialising in systems architecture and 'business intelligence' - decision support systems which collect, integrate, analyse and present business information.  Graduating in 1992, Paul completed his articles and quickly went on to work for KPMG.  He later spent time in key financial rôles (Finance Controller, Finance Manager, Finance Director) for various companies including Leisure Connection, Abbey and Flight Refuelling Ltd.  More recently he has undertaken contract/consultancy work for companies such as Barclays and Fitness First, and works as a Senior Finance Operations Manager at Sun Life Financial.  Paul's extensive experience and commercial approach adds real value to lookahead's work across the sector.

Marketing associate Philip Rhoades has been working in the advertising industry since 1987.  He has held a range of creative rôles (including copywriting, Creative Director and Board positions) for some of the largest advertising agencies in the world.  His accounts have included companies such as Barclays, BT, Microsoft, Guinness, Médecins Sans Frontières, Visa, Sony, the RNID and many more.  His work (with agencies including Colman RSCG, Saatchi & Saatchi and HDM/Souk) has won a number of awards, including a United Nations Award, a British Television Award, Loerie and Mobius Awards and International Ad Awards.  Philip's creativity and extensive experience working on marketing and advertising campaigns at the very highest level, is an invaluable resource available to the optics sector exclusively through lookahead.
